Mediatheme Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (collectively referred to as “Mediatheme”, “we” or “us” in this policy).

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

We are a small UK-based company providing services to hospitality and entertainment venues. Our operations are primarily office-based and we do not operate in high-risk sectors.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Suppliers and partners

We expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same standards. We seek to work with reputable suppliers who comply with applicable employment, human rights, and labour laws. Where appropriate, we may request confirmation of compliance with the Modern Slavery Act or equivalent policies.

Risk assessment

Due to the nature and scale of our operations and supply chain, we consider the risk of modern slavery to be low. We nevertheless remain alert to potential risks and will review this assessment periodically.

Responsibility and review

Responsibility for this statement rests with company management and it will be reviewed annually.
