At Mediatheme LTD we take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously, hence we are monitoring the status of the Coronavirus infection very closely.
We thought you would like to know a little more about our preparations around business continuity and how they may change as things progress.
We at Mediatheme LTD are taking all of the sensible preventative measures you may expect of us, including the deep cleaning of our offices, sanitisers being made widely available and clear guidance notes on best hygiene practices displayed throughout our offices.
What happens if our office has to close?
In the unlikely event that we need to close our offices, our staff will simply be able to work from home. All Mediatheme LTD support staff have Laptops, Mobile Phones which can be used at home, so we don’t anticipate any drop in communication whatsoever. This may affect our parts and consumables, we will be looking at ways that we can solve this but please bear with us, as delivery requires reliance on other companies.
What plans do we have in place to ensure that we continue our high levels of service?
All inbound and outbound calls will be handled just as they are at the moment. Out of hours calls will as usual be. Mediatheme LTD will therefore be able to continue our trading and support facility with little or no interruption.
What specific measures are we undertaking with our installation processes?
In line with following the governments’ recommendations, Mediatheme LTD are employing strict hygiene protocols both within our office environment and within our field sales and service teams. We at Mediatheme LTD will follow the government’s advice but installations and service calls may have to be suspended for a period of time.
